1. By accepting these terms the participant agrees to pay the Course fees (including GST) for the Course using the payment method selected at the checkout.
2. The participant accepts that he/she is required to pay the full amount of the Course fees even if he/she does not complete the Course.
3. The approximate duration of the Course is stated on the course page in the course FAQs, however once purchased we provide lifetime access for you and included content updates etc.
4. Course commencement is the date upon which we receive your course fees in full or the first payment as per subscription.
5. Course enrolment is complete when the participant has been issued a username and password for online course access/or sent course materials via another method;
6. Course duration is effective from the date e-learning access/access to materials is granted; and
7. Course commencement is effective from the date e-learning access/access to materials is granted.
8. Special offer coupon codes cannot be added to an enrolment retrospectively and must be added at the time of checkout/enrolment.
9. Course fees are non-transferable to other students.

Course Materials and Content 

• Course Materials are supplied in an online environment, unless otherwise stated in the course description, and are available for viewing online and may not be downloaded or printed, unless otherwise specified.  Optional printed materials are available for most courses/units. Charges apply;
• The content of the online Course Materials, including copyright and all other such intellectual property rights contained therein, remain the property of NFM The Mojo Maker©. You may not reproduce any part of the online Course Materials without the prior written consent NFM The Mojo Maker©;

Refunds and Cancellations

• A 50% refund on initial payment made is permitted if the enrolment is cancelled within 7 days of the course commencement date. Full refunds within 7 days are as part of an offer or promotion.  
• Any refunds will be less the cost of postage to an amount of $15.00 USD as per distribution of printed matted (i.e Books/resources)
• No refund will be provided after 7 days of the course commencement date.
• No refund will be provided where work or assessment has been saved or submitted.
• Refunds usually take 5 to 10 business days to process, depending on your banking institution.
• Printed materials are non-refundable.

All credit vouchers/discount coupons have the following conditions of use:

1. Not redeemable for cash;
2. Valid for one (1) use only;
3. Not valid with any other offer/gift voucher/coupon code;
4. The coupon code must be entered at the time of enrolment/course commencement; discount cannot be applied at a later date.
5. Coupons/vouchers cannot be used to order printed materials; and
6. Coupon code can only be used in the time frame specified in the special offer.
