Giving back is part of who we are.

"Supporting others with alignment to our mission, vision and values is an integral and non-negotiable aspect with how I run my business and our brand. Pay it forward, lift others up and always be grateful. What we do has a massive ripple effect and a little can go a long way". Nikki

We ensure all our Boardroom Retreats© and Legacy Lunch™ Series give back in some way. Compassion, conversation and contribution is vital in what I do and how we support our clients and our community.

Dive into #DUCKTOBER!

For the first 20 days in October (or the entire Mental Health Month), WOW are challenging you to immerse yourself in cold water and raise funds for WOW's mental health surf therapy programs which support those in our community who are struggling the most.

This cold water therapy challenge strengthens your mental and physical health, as you fundraise to help others. Win-Win! So whether you surf, swim or have a cold shower... take to it like a duck to water!

Our main charities we currently focus on and actively contribute to for 2022/2023.

Wishlist is a not-for-profit charity dedicated to fundraising for the needs of the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service.

We proudly donated one of our largest on the spot pledges so far in 2022 to this incredible foundation who have most recently opened a Wishlist Centre for mental health, rehabilitation and support for families and individuals.

The Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is a charity operating that promotes animal welfare. The RSPCA is funded primarily by voluntary donations. Its patron was Queen Elizabeth II.

We have supported and donated consistently to the RSPCA since 2009 and do so via proceeds from our books, online programs and events. This includes providing rugs, blankets and items for local shelters in winter months, dog beds and sharing vital information on adopting instead of shopping.  Roxy is adopted, she is now 12 and a huge part of our office and Nikki's world and we look forward to regularly supporting better protection for the welfare and safety of animals and keeping our contribution local to provide the greatest impact within our funds.

Vincent St Paul Society is a non-for-profit charity dedicated to assist people experiencing poverty and inequality. It works to shape a more just and compassionate society.

Vinnies is run by the most incredible nationwide group of volunteers. In addition to raising funds via the annual CEO Sleepout we regularly contribute quality items for homes, living, health and personal care for the Vinnies stores in our local community. Proceeds from our annual style rack sale also go towards store donations and support.

Additional behind the scenes work we do:  paying it forward, speaking, donations and sharing awareness.

It's often what you do when no one is watching that counts. Since starting my business in 2009 and well before this, I have constantly ensured a combination of time, cash donations or product and service in kind. Emceeing for galas, speaking at events, providing products for auctions and raffles. Even to the most simplistic of care such as volunteering time with aged care, youth work, mental health programs and men's mental health for leaders. I continue to do this along side the core foundations we support on a larger cash and time basis. Charities includes Outside The Locker Room, Cotton On Foundation, Katie Rose Cottage, Peregian Beach Community, Cancer Foundation, Canteen Young People Impacted By Cancer, WOW Foundation, Ocean Preservation Society, Save The Waves Foundation, RUOK, Just a Man, Movember Steps, and more.

Proudly acknowledging the traditional landowners.

Our HQ is on the Sunshine Coast, QLD. We acknowledge the Kabi Kabi people and the Jinibara people, the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we live, work and learn. We pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging and recognise Aboriginal people as the custodians of this land.
