Yes, I want to book my exclusive place on the 2024 Makepeace Island Boardroom Retreat© with the price outlined on this page. I acknowledge my booking is non refundable however I may request a change of date with the amount paid as a credit note valid for 12 months from the date of the retreat. Payment via this booking link is in 3 instalments over 3 months via the card provided at time of booking.

I may also transfer the place booked to another designated guest however my 3 instalments will proceed as confirmed and it is my sole responsibility to coordinate reimbursement of funds directly with the person who will attend in my place. 

Any cancellations, changes and transfer of bookings must be made by request in writing to the retreat organiser and acknowledged by reply email.

If I do cancel within 60 days of the retreat, there will be NO credit provided unless otherwise arranged in writing with Nikki Fogden-Moore. 

TRAVEL INSURANCE: I acknowledge that I have been advised that travel insurance is always recommended and that we strongly advise that clients take out comprehensive travel insurance to mitigate any loss as a result of cancellations, medical emergencies and not being able to use the Island/Retreat booking for the services they have contracted for.

Parking is available at Noosa Marina, please note this is unsecured public outdoor parking. Car access is not available onto the Island if self-driving. Makepeace Island's boat will collect you from Noosa Marina to transfer you to the Island. Arrival to the Island on your own boat is not permitted.

BOOKING POLICY: Bookings are required to be paid in a minimum of 3 instalments. Paid monthly from the time of booking (unless otherwise arranged in writing with the retreat organiser once the deposit has been paid).

Balance or payment must be made in full 60 days prior to the date of arrival. For bookings made within 60 days of travel, full payment must be received within 48 hours of booking. A booking, is not validated until full payment is received and the retreat organised/The Mojo Maker© confirms acceptance in writing.


Our retreat bookings have strictly limited places and are non-refundable but are transferrable and dates can be deferred with a credit for any retreat valid for 12 months of original booking date.
• Cancellation between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival, a charge of 50% of the booking cost is the cancellation fee and deducted off any credit provided unless otherwise advised in writing by retreat organiser.
• 30 days prior to arrival a charge of 100% of the booking cost is the cancellation fee and any use of credit  for future retreats is void.

No refunds can or will be given in connection with circumstances arising beyond the reasonable control of The Retreat organiser or Makepeace Island i.e. flight delays by airlines/contracted charter companies or client failure to appear for accommodation.

No refund can be given for any unused services or early departures.

Please email their full name and details for the booking to us and we will send you an invoice for separate booking once your place has been confirmed and deposit paid. Partner bookings are based on availability as Makepeace Island have a total number of guests that are able to be accommodated at any one time.  An island surcharge of $1500 + gst per day AUD all inclusive applies. Once you have confirmed you place and paid your deposit, you will be sent a welcome email that includes an invitation to upgrade with extra's such as partner stays, helicopter transfers, additional nights accommodation in Noosa and a retreat concierge to assist with all transfers and details.
