Terms & Conditions:

By booking your spot for The BoatBoardroom Retreat, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and a seamless experience for all guests. Please read carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Booking Confirmation & Payment

  • Your booking is confirmed upon full payment. Early Bird rates must be paid by the specified deadline to qualify.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • No refunds are available once your booking is confirmed.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another individual with written notice to us at least 7 days prior to the retreat. All transfers must be approved by the organiser.

3. Credit & Rescheduling

  • If you cannot attend and are unable to transfer your booking, your full credit will be retained for 12 months from the booking date. This credit can be used for any future BoatBoardroom or Boardroom Retreat© or other services provided by Nikki Fogden-Moore within that time frame.

4. Insurance & Liability

  • It is recommended that you obtain travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances such as illness, injury, or travel disruptions. The organiser is not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs.

  • By participating in The BoatBoardroom Retreat©, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health and well-being. The organiser will not be liable for any injury, illness, or personal loss during the retreat.

5. Changes to the Event

  • The organiser reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the retreat schedule or content, including changing the venue, dates, or guest speakers, in the case of unforeseen circumstances.

6. Force Majeure

  • In the event that the retreat must be canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), your credit will be extended for use within 12 months. Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.

7. Participant Responsibility

  • By attending the retreat, you agree to engage respectfully with all participants, maintain the confidentiality of group discussions, and adhere to the guidelines set by the facilitator.

8. Acceptance of Terms

  • By proceeding with your booking, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your records.
