By purchasing a ticket and attending the AI Educate & Create Boardroom Retreat©, hosted by The Mojo Maker Group | ClaraLunaAI and Tech Horizon Labs, you (“the Participant”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Booking, Payment & Confirmation

1.1. Full payment of $597 AUD early bird or the $747 full rrp l is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

1.2. Your registration is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and a confirmation email is received.

1.3. Due to the intimate and limited-capacity nature of this workshop, all sales are final.

2. Cancellation & Transfers

2.1. Cancellations are not permitted. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or non-attendance.

2.2. However, your place may be transferred to another participant or to another workshop with The Mojo Maker Group within a 12 month period upon written request at least 72 hours before the event date.

2.3. To transfer your booking, please email [email protected] with the full name and contact details of the new participant.

2.4. The Mojo Maker© | ClaraLunaAI and Tech Horizon Labs reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such a case, you will be offered either a transfer to a rescheduled date or full credit for a future event of equivalent value.

3. Privacy & Data Use

3.1. By registering, you consent to ClaraLunaAI and Tech Horizon Labs collecting and securely storing your personal data for the purposes of communication, support, and post-event access. No information will be shared with third parties or for any purpose outside of this event and your AI assistant creation.

3.2. Your information will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

3.3. All AI assistant builds, strategy templates, and data inputs remain private and confidential and will not be accessed by any other participants or outside parties.

4. Intellectual Property & Workshop Materials

4.1. All content shared during the retreat—including but not limited to slides, tools, templates, workflows, prompts, and training materials—is the intellectual property of The Mojo Maker Group, ClaraLunaAI and/or Tech Horizon Labs.

4.2. These materials are provided for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, or repurposed commercially without express written permission.

5. Code of Conduct

5.1. This is a professional event and all participants are expected to treat each other, as well as the facilitators, with respect and courtesy.

5.2. We reserve the right to remove any participant from the event without refund if their behaviour is deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or in violation of these terms.

6. Event Media & Recordings

6.1. Portions of the event may be recorded or photographed for internal purposes, future marketing, or training. By attending, you agree to the possibility of being included in such media.

6.2. If you do not wish to appear in any promotional content, please notify the event team in writing at the time of booking.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. The hosts make no guarantees of specific business outcomes as a result of attendance. Tools and frameworks are provided for strategic use and implementation is at the discretion of each participant.

7.2. The Mojo Maker Group ClaraLunaAI and Tech Horizon Labs are not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from the use of the content or tools provided.

What to Bring

1. Laptop: You will need your laptop as we will be doing hands-on work, including building and optimising your AI assistant. It's important to have a device that you're comfortable using and that can handle the software we'll be working with.

2. Phone: Having your phone on hand is also essential. It can be used for quick research, accessing any necessary apps, and for staying connected during the event and testing your AI on your mobile device.

3. Chargers: With a full day of activities, your devices will be working hard. Please remember to bring your chargers to ensure your laptop and phone stay powered throughout the day. If possible, bring a portable charger for added convenience.

4. Readiness to Build: This is perhaps the most important thing to bring! Come prepared to learn, create, and implement. This event is designed to be interactive and hands-on, so a willingness to participate and build is key.
