Whilst AI is a huge part of the conversation - human significance, connection, shared respect, trust and contribution will supersede AI as we reach out and need to underpin everything we do. 

We are stronger together and each individual has extraordinary value to add.

Whether it's learning new skills inside a company, looking at what success looks like in a year from now.What elements will make you feel value, your business have longevity if you're a founder/CEO or you as an employee.
